FLAC issues
When I export scores out to the FLAC, the instruments come out incorrectly. For Example the Mixed Choir becomes a brass instrument in The Hanging Tree which I pulled off Musescore.com. http://musescore.com/user/19303/scores/47654
I've noticed similar problems with others but I thought I would provide one as an example.

Is it that way if you simply hit Play as well? What soundfont are you using?

I was using the Sonatina SF2. Hitting Play within Musescore itself resulted in the correct result. I also tested it against the Fluid Soundfont. This gave the correct export result.
