Front Ensemble/Auxilary Instrument Rolls

AS a percussionist looking to write music, among many others who most likely use this product: Rolls and their corresponding sounds for instruments such as Timpani, Marimba, Xylo, Snare Drum, etc would be much appreciated. When trying to create ensemble music I fell as if hearing the sound of a roll would be of much greater benefit to the composer rather than just a Half Note with space in between.
