Horizontal bar never changes

If you zoom the score to a size bigger than the score tab (or any other size), the horizontal bar
doesn´t change in any moment.
I noticed too that If you have a multiple pages score, the horizontal bar doesn´t change to let you see the other pages but it´s not a problem, you can use the miniature score map in the bottom of MS or the mouse :) .

Do you mean the navigator?
The horizontal scroll bar you are talking about belongs to the "miniature score map",called the navigator and not the score view. The easiest way to navigate a score is to use your mouse wheel and "shift" + your mouse wheel to navigate horizontally.
The navigator was the first thing I got rid of as it took up space on the desktop and I found the "shift" plus scroll wheel and the "page up/down" and "home/end" keys so much faster.
