Entering chords using midi keyboard
We have an Alesis keyboard connected to a high spec MacBook. We are running the latest version of Musescore. If you play a chord on the midi keyboard, the notes are entered sequentially in Musescore, not as a chord! Is there a setting somewhere to enable us to enter chords in using the midi keyboard?

AFAIK Musescore note entry is limited to single notes whether input from computer or MIDI keyboard.
I think the handbook is wrong about this.
