File “” is critically corrupted and cannot be processed.

I closed a score and now am unable to open it. All it says is "File “” is critically corrupted and cannot be processed." The only options are show details and Get Help. Does anyone know any way to fix this? I really need to access this score.

Update to 4.5.1 (rather than using the utterly outdated 4.2.0) and see the real error being shown:

MSCX error in line 1799: invalid measure duration: -10/16

There are more of those, but only the 1st is shown...
