There is not and won't be any time soon. MuseScore is not available for iOS or Android, there you can only have the Songbook app.
It's a shame that there is no Full working version of MuseScore for iPad, butSomehow I am convinced that this has more to do with Apple being awkward than with the makers of MuseScore, I don't think for a Moment that MuseScore deserve any kind of "blame" for that.
Having said that, and as an iPad user myself, I highly recommend the one-off "investment" to get "Symphony Pro". It's worth it.
