Slur edition while in Note entry mode

Hi,

First of all, many thanks for this software, it is a really great software ! I'm using it regularly since last year. I'm not a brilliant musician, neither a software developer, but it seems to be possible for me to bring my contribution by testing nightlies, what I'm starting today.

In the stable version, there is a way to create slurs in Note entry mode (third methode in this page of the handbook : http://musescore.org/en/handbook/slur). It seems to me that this doesn't work in current nightly version (for windows vista), or at least works differently. Is that a bug, or in purpose ?
