Batch operations?

I frequently use Musescore to make practice sheets of various licks in all twelve keys, usually by typing in a bar or two of notes, copy-pasting and transposing often around the circle of 4ths or 5ths. I do this manually, step by step, but would like to know whether there is a way to automate the process with a batch file such that once I had the first notes, I could highlight and press a key that would then do the entire process for the remaining bars?
