Microtonal scales?

I love experimenting with different scales that feature different tonalities. I know that if you click on a note you can edit the tuning in inspector.

Is it possible to default set a specific note or notes (for example, all C's a quarter step up)? There are some Turkish and Indian scales that I would like to write in without having to change every single note in the piece one at a time with inspector.
