Connect 16th Note with dotted 8th
Hi there,
I added a screenshot to explain better, what I mean.
Everytime I try to connect a 16th note with a dotted 8th note I have to separate them to show them properly. Every time I try to connect the bars, notes are not shown correctly as 16th note and dotted 8th note.
Any help is appreciated!

Which version of MuseScore are you using? See Beam .
I have no problem beaming the notes with MuseScore 1.3

That's cool - when I open your file it works....but when I type it in, it doesn't...never did .... at least not in the way I did it:-).
I use 1.3 on a macbook pro late 2013 with maverick 10.9.2.

Can you describe step by step what you are doing? Hopefully we'll be able to to spot the error. Although frankly, it's hard for me to imagine what would it could be. Is it only drums you have trouble with? Have you read the Handbook section and watched the tutorial video on drum notation?
There are some known issue with 1.3 on Mavericks, but this isn't one of them. Wouldn't hurt to try downgrading MuseScore to 1.2 if nothing else works.
