Snap all articulations to horizontal line.

This appears to be really straightforward for global TEXT settings, but I can't figure out how to do it for articulations etc. They're set up much differently under settings. They always seem to move relative to note head etc. Is there a way to adjust this to a horizontal reference point?

Eg, for staccato:
1) After a range selection -> right-click on a staccato -> select -> all similar elements in range selection
2) in Inspector: Anchor -> set eg to Above staff: articulation.mscz

Also, in Style -> General -> Articulations: various settings
