If you never touched "Untitled," should MuseScore still ask you if you want to save it?
I'm not sure. It just seems awkward that, when I am re-opening an existing score from the pop-up that lists my recent scores, I'm left with TWO scores, one of which is "Untitled." And I'm prompted if I want to "save it" when I close it.

So don't open Untitled, you can prevent that in Preferences

I'm using the 'Continue with last session' and find that the most usefull setting.
