How do I move the top system further away from the title at the top?
Hi there,
I'm sure this question is probably established in one of the handbooks but I honestly can't figure this out. I just want the top system and I guess all the other systems that follow, to move further down the page away from the big grey box at the top that displays the title. What settings do I need to change in order to do this? Because I am finding it hard to write all the text that I want at the start of my score such as tempo and structure at the top of my score.

Go to Style>Edit General Style>page and adjust the "Music Upper Margin".
Increasing the Music upper margin will move the music down for all pages. If you just want to move it down for the title page then double-click somewhere within the tile box until a blue square ("handle") appears and then drag it down the page a bit.

Cheers for that guys. I only have one page anyway so I just needed to edit the music upper margin. I will also remember that point too about dragging the title box in case I ever need to do that.
Enlarging the title box will also lower any text attached to the bottom of it (eg, composer). So yet another way to get the desired effect is to go to style / edit general style / page and increase the V-frame lower margin.
