Already done in the upcoming Musecore 2
Just to make sure we all understand each other, I am assuming you mean you have a score for several instruments, and you want to have separate parts for each instrument display in its own tab. I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but MuseScore *already* supports extracting parts into their own tabs - see File / Parts and Part extraction in the Handbook. But 2.0 will improve on this by linking the part and score so changes to one automatically update the other.
