uncorrect chord due to missed notes

Hi,
thank you for this marvellous tool !
i test it and realize that not all notes are taken to be analyzed for determining the chord.
i upload a printscreen to show you what I mean.
for example the first chord should be normally Ab add9 and not only Ab. the Bb has been missed...
The notes used by the program are colored in red, green or grey, other colors than black.

How can the program analyze all notes but not only a few, and give the right chords ?
