I propose to include "offset" tuning in ### Adjust pause length {#adjust-pause-length}, or replace this last one with "### Properties settings" or something similar

offset is something different and a generic thing, used for all elements.
What do you mean be 'cursor keys don't work"?
Double-click a breath and use cursor keys to change offset, click into the pause setting in Inspectoc and use cursor keys do change the value, all just like it should.
