Grace note after ends up before
Used a 2014-03-18 nightly build last night. Tried the new grace note *after* option, but the grace note appeared before the selected note. I was able to nudge it to the right side with the arrow keys, fwiw. Not an issue for me, just doing my job reporting a bug.

Yes, grace note after is not actually implemented. Last I heard I wasn't decided if the feature would make it in or not.

I'd like it too, as it is often used after trills (as termination of them)....
This is the case that got me interested in grace notes after. I really wanted to have grace notes *before* a note, as I think that's what they logically are, but put them at the end of the previous measure. I tried prefixing them to the first note in the next measure, and then nudging them to the left into the previous measure, but there were so many of them, that they started disappearing, perhaps popping into a parallel universe.
