Bass booster thingy doesn't carry over into musescore.com
I bass boosted one of my scores but when you play it back on the website it dissapears
The bass booster is the rainbow thingy in the synthesiser
it plays fine on the program.

Aside from the settings in your score leading to extreme distortion when I load them in, I don't think synth settings are applied when the server generates the audio for your score.
You could try looking for a soundfont that has a closer matching sound for you and then have your score saved online together with the audio upload of it (only available for non-default soundfonts configurations).
You have increased the volume excessively.
It's not about the bass booster.
