Can a voice be pre-set to show all cross-head, stemless notes?

I'm using Voice 3 to create x-head stemless notes to indicate selective damping on wire strung harp. I currently write them all in, then select that voice, then use F8 Inspector to make them all stemless, then cross-heads. Doesn't take too long, but is still fairly tedious.
Is there a way of presetting a voice's characteristics so that all notes will appear with such configuration, please?
