Would Anyone Be Able To Transcribe?

I am dying to learn these two pieces from different videos. I don't know how to transcribe and would rather stick to reading sheet music. I was wondering if a kind soul would be able to take some time to transcribe the following:
A version of "Moanin" by Eldar Djangirov
A version of "My Favorite Things" by Yohan Kim.
