cannot copy syncopated files to piano stave from separate treble & bass clefs
I have tried to do this in both 1.3 version & nightly build - adds extra beats. Why are beats not checked against time sig, ?
Also template of common latin rhythms & dictionary of musical themes would be invaluable

I assume you copied and pasted from Baila1 & Baila2 into "2 stave"?
When I look at Baila2, it appears corrupt. Right click the first - or just about any - measure, and you'll see it reports the actual time signature is 7/8. Yet there appears to be a full 4/4 worth of beats, and when you copy and paste a measure elsewhere, it shows up too long.
So the question is, how did you create Baila2? Whatever you did appears to have caused a corruption, so that's the bug that needs tracking down.
