Palindromic / Special paste function
Hello
Would it be possible to add a palindrome paste function. Say we select an unlimited number of notes for example, abcdefg of whatever rhythm, and then copy it, and then position it from the place we want it to play backwards (notes and rhythm) then do a palindromic paste so that it is reversed, playing gfedcba.
It would be a special paste function.
Other special paste function could be inversion paste, diatonic paste, chromatic paste (modal paste) or a combination etc.

I would like the special pastes functions to also apply to slabs of music across multiple staves.

This is esoteric stuff not present in most programs, but would certainly be both time-saving and inspiring of creative ideas. I'd appreciate it greatly.
I imagine it would make more sense to copy, paste, and then do the manipulation on the selected notes rather than an esoteric special paste function. The plugin framework in the latest versions of MuseScore might be able to do some of these manipulations.

You're right. The plugin framework makes the most sense. It'd be great to have a plug-in that did these types of manipulations.
