how to mark accidental in a key and color it
I have a key like discribed in picture 1. Now i want to color one specific accidental of this key.
Musescore allows me to color the whole key. Is it somehow possible to color o single accidental? (picture 2).
My goal is to higlight a change in key.

No, it is not.
If it's right at the change of key, you could try adding a staff text and position/size it right on top of the key signature; but make sure to do this as one of the very last things in your layout.
If a key change happens mid-system, this won't go unnoticed, as the new keysig shows in the measure where it starts, and there won't be a key sig otherwise.
If the change happens at the start of a system, there will be a courtey keysig at the end of the previous system, and again this should take care of the change to not go unnoticed.
