Can you convert an MP3 file to MIDI with MusEscore? How? If you can not, what do you recommend doing? I NEED THE SCORE! Thank you very much. Greetings.

If someone played the music and recorded it to MP3, they are likely to have the score.
If that's not posibble, there is only one way:
LISTEN, LISTEN, and listen for hours on end, and write down what you hear. 😟 😖 😞
