House keeping matters

1- IMPORTING sheet music. I have Suzuki Witches dance I cannot import into Musescore. Cause?
Is the basic service level the problem?
2-Violin part I cannot transpose to Cello... Reason? Same ?

If by importing you mean you have a PDF file, realize this is extremely experimental, and the state of technology is about the same as where voice recognition was 20 years ago. If you happen to get decent results, great, but mostly you need to enter music yourself. Now, if you have it in a better format like MusicXML, it should import just fine.

Neither violin nor cello are transposing instruments, so no transposition is necessary unless the part is too high for cello, which it probably is - so select all and transpose down an octave (or two). And probably change the clef too.
