MIDI Export Problem
I'm trying to transfer my MIDI from Musescore into Fl Studio 12. No matter which instrument/channel I use to play it back, I'm only getting the bass half (the treble is seemingly 'deleting'.
I'm conducting the following steps:
1. Exporting the Musescore file onto my computer, as the MIDI file type.
2. Drag-and-dropping the MIDI file into the selected channel in FL Studio.
Comments
What OS (operating system)? What version of MuseScore?
Is the score something like a piano score with a bass clef and a treble clef?
Does the MuseScore (.mscz) file play correctly in MuseScore (i.e. you can hear the treble staff)?
Does the exported midi play correctly in a different media player app (i.e. you can hear the treble staff)?
Please attach the original MuseScore file (or a snippet) along with the midi.

I'm using Microsoft Windows 10
Yes, it is a piano score, sorry for not clarifying that earlier.
I'm using Musescore 2.0.3
The .mscz file plays correctly anywhere else.
The exported MIDI file is 'unreadable' for my VLC media player, which seems to be able to read other MIDI files.
The files are attached below. Please ignore the mistakes within the score currently.

I can't say what VLC is having trouble with, but the programs I have all read that MIDI file just fine.

MIDI synthesization is not configured:
A soundfont file (. SF2) is required for MIDI synthesis.
Install a soundfont and configuralo from the VLC settings (Input / Encoders > Audio encoder > FluidSynth).
Codec not supported:
VLC could not decode the format "MIDI" (MIDI Audio)

OK, but that's just saying that this particular installation of VLC isn't configured to handle MIDI at all, not that there is anything wrong with the MIDI file in question. Indeed, you do need to jump through some hoops to use MIDI with VLC, as described in that message.

In Windows 10, Windows Media Player should play MIDI files.
See if this MIDI file works for you: Aspire Mashup1.mid

It's still telling me file format's not supported.
I'm more worried about the FL studio side of things, the VLC was just to test the MIDI.
I appreciate your help thusfar, however.
I might try exporting different portions of my MIDI file individually (make a new score, that has either treble or bass).

Well, if the program you are using doesn't support MIDI, then I guess it doesn't support MIDI, nothing much MuseScore can do about that. But again, the file you attached here does appear to be a perfectly valid MIDI file, and other programs can open it fine.

I don't understand what's going on. I'm directly importing the MIDI, with the FL Studio 'import' action. No matter which MIDI files I choose to import, they import just fine, however, they just play silent.

Yeah, reckon I've identified that it's now not a Musescore problem, as much as it's an FL problem. My file now is rather large, and I'm having trouble exporting it in other formats too, particularly in .wav - however, that's understandable. That might be a contributing factor.
In the end, I was able to play it through an electric piano that works with MIDI files, and then it converted it into one readable by FL Studio (still a MIDI file.) Maybe Musescore uses different encryption?

MIDi files aren't encrypted. Could be that FL Studio is just extremely limited in its MIDI support and only supports a single channel or something like that.
