Unusual Tuplets (again)

Yeah, I know this has been here before, but I can't seem to wrap my mind around this one. My score is in 4/4, and I am trying to make a 10-eighth-note tuplet in the duration of a whole rest, and nothing I try in the custom tuplet dialogue seems to work. I've tried every relation from 10:1 to 10:20 and none seem to get it right. Attached is an example of what I am trying to do: .
