Styleguide for Handbook

While tranlating I have noticed that very often the Handbook seems to be "overloaded" with simple instructions.
Take look at:

Two times within a very short text the instruction how to open the Translation dialog is repeated.
I also see sevral places where the instructions how to add a symbol from the palette (e.g. drag, double-click) is repeated over and over again.

Is there anywhere a "styleguide" how to write and layout the Handbook, or is this just implicit?
