Tempo change with drums only score - MuseScoreNightly-2017-12-27-1317-master-0fd90b9
I have just created a "drum only" score to help me catching some dificult rhythm. I have noticed, that a change in the tempo text setting is not honored. Regardless what tempo I choose, the replay always sounds the same.

There is exactly one tempo text "Quarter Note = 142", with 'Follow Text' being set, and that is honoured.
But indeed, any changes to that is not honoured.
I guess this is #228641: Adding tempo from the palette to some score remains uneffective until the tempo is modified by the inspector.

I'm afraid, I did not express myself clearly enough. I wanted to export this rhythm sample in multiple tempos. So I changed the tempo text to 42, 62 and 72 bpm. After this adjustment I exported the song to wav. This resulted in 4 identical wav files of same size.
Now I gave it another try and deleted the tempo signature and added it anew. This time playback and export had different sizes and tempos.
