Multiply the lengths of notes.

In many sheets, people will use large amounts of smaller notes to look complicated or to compress the sheet itself. What would be nice is an automatic process that multiplies the lengths of the notes.

IE: On a sheet, the majority of the notes are eighths and sixteenths, and you want to read them as quarters and halves.
