Change normal channel on strings to Arco

Also call normal on trumpets and cornetts open.

To give some more detail: "Arco" is normal for strings, if nothing is noted we play using the bow. And--as stated above--the marking "arco" appears only in the score where a change from pizzicato to arco (=normal) occurs. The end of a tremolo is generally self evident and does not have to be marked for human players. For playback you have to set it back to "normal" but no marking in the score is required.
