Dials in the Synthesizer

Hey guys, I just downloaded Musescore and am still pretty new, so bear with me. When in the synthesizer menu, how do you adjust the dials under "Master Effects" using exact values? Do you just have to eye-ball it each time you go to change the reverb or is there some hidden menu I'm not seeing?
