I use the Ctrl plus K tab to enter counting for beats. If I want to delete a full line, because I am changing the time signature, is there any quick way to delete a full line easily, or do I have to click on each number individually to delete it?

You can select the measures, right click an element then use select>all similar elements in range selection to select everything like it. You can then delete them all with one key stroke.
Right click-> Select-> More?
