Error while building in QT 5.10 . Error : QAbstractMessageHandler: No such file or directory
I am looking forward to to contribute to MuseScore. As Ideas published at GSOC 2017 and 2016, I hope to develop a Crash Reporting System. I don't have much knowledge in QT, but I hope to do my developments while Learning.
I came up with an error after doing steps given by the website to compile and build . The error is : "QAbstractMessageHandler: No such file or directory compilation terminated."
Please help me to solve this problem .

It's advised right now to use the latest Qt 5.9 for building master.

Thanks for the reply. I'm now going to install 5.9.4
Chances are you didn't follow all the instructions in the developers' handbook? See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/developers-handbook/compilation/compi… (The screenshots looks like Linux to me).
Qt 5.9 is LTS (Long Term Support) and for now the version to use
