If Youtube video gets deleted?

I am experimenting with syncing the music charts with Youtube videos and I am wondering what happens to that chart online if the video gets deleted, removed or some privacy settings change on the Youtube video. Would that affect my audio syncing? Or because the audio is extracted I shouldn't worry?

If the Youtube video disappears, then it will not play anymore on musescore.com. The audio is only extracted to get the waveform or to try to auto sync the score and the youtube video but it's never stored.
