I have a tablet

I have a tablet given to me by my cable company it came with a package the tablet is an "altice 7.0" I want to be able to read music on musescore like I do at my home computer. It does not let me I have to transfer everything to pdf but there I songs that I put on that will not allow and I downloaded the same way and when I open it gives me all these songs that go to any instrument. I have a saxophone and I write songs on musescore and I want to be able to take with me on tablet but it will not allow me. Thanks Pete
