move measure lines
I was adding lyrics to a score and realized I needed one more eighth note toward the beginning. HELP - can not adjust the measure bars to accommodate that simple change. Would take hours to change all the way to end. I s there any way to just leave measure bars out until end? New to this program and love it but.....

If you mean that you have to re-enter the lyrics try using Edit/Tools-> copy lyrics to clipboard
If I understand correctly, you were entering music and somehow left out on eighth note, making everything from that point on half a beat too early. Simple to fix: just use cut and paste to move the notes themselves.
That is, don't think in terms of moving barlines, think in terms of moving music. So, select the notes you want moved (eg, click the first, Shift+Ctrl+End to select to the end), then Ctrl+X to cut, enter the note you left out, click the rest after that note, Ctrl+V to paste.
