Seeking advice. Unnecessary Blank Measures
Notating for piano & flute. However, flute doesn't play for several pages. If I simply add flute to the score, I will have many many blank flute measures & I will waste space. Can I format for piano and add the flute part only on the pages required or must I notate the blank flute measures throughout the piece? Thanks JHJ

"Hide empty measures" will hide the flutes when there is a whole line of blanks. If you generate Parts then the Parts will automatically have mulit-bar rests.
