Numeric input/readout for mixer settings

There should be a way of displaying the numerical values of the knob settings on the mixer panel, and also for setting the value numerically. This is now a current issue with the release of the new soundfont in MS 2.2 and the need to readjust the levels for the individual instruments from those for the FluidR3 font. Numerical input and readout would also make it possible to copy off and replicate the settings from one score into another (short of a file export/import function).
