PDF converter problems (question from the Japanese forum)
There is someone on the Japanese forum who has had a file in the queue for 6 months and now has one that has been in the queue for about 8 hours. Is there a way to cancel a conversion request? Does anyone know if there are currently any issue with the converter program? I mean is their server down I know the service is very hit and miss.
