Better Brackets

I'm not sure if this feature already exists, but brackets should be more "editable." Brackets are great for organizing the instrumentation in larger scores. However, there are some features missing. Take the first page from Holsinger's "Liturgical Dances."

Brackets are used, but we still can not add text to these brackets as displayed in the clarinet and saxophone section of the example page. We also still can't move these brackets around using inspector, because as shown in the example page, the bracket is not directly attached to the staves, but a little bit spaced to the left. If this feature was added, it would be a lifesaver.
