I have a guitar-score and like to attach the tab-score of it.

Go to Edit / Instruments. If you'd like to keep the existing standard staff but add a tab staff, click the existing staff, Add Linked Staff, and change its type to one of the tablature types. If you'd like to just replace the existing staff, change its type instead.
Either way, realize that MuseScore is going to just guess as to which string to play various notes on, you might need to do some more thinking about that and edit things manually. See the Handbook under Tablature for more info.
