The usual ways to select things that work in all programs work in MuseScore too - ie, click the start measure, shift+click the end measure to select the whole range, or click something to select, Shift+right to extend the selection right, etc.
Once you've selected a range of measures, then right+click (ctrl+click for most Mac systems) a lyric, Select / All Similar Elements in Range Selection.
