Midi input problem

I have problems using my midi digital piano with musescore 2. Yes i am new to using musescore and ive searched a lot how to fix this problem but i just am not able to select which midi input and out i want. It dosent allowed me to, It dosent give me any warnings just dosent let me click midi input or output option
