Musescore 2.0 overwriting 1.3 files with no warning

I found that opening 1.3 files with the 2.0 preview works just fine. But 2.0 happily overwrites an 1.3 file with no warning.

I think it would be useful of Musescore 2.0 keeps track that it opened an 1.x file an displays a warning that it is about to overwrite the file and that this file ca no longer be opened with 1.x afterwards.

Otherwise there will be unhappy campers who overwrite important files by accident.

The possibility has been raised of having MuseScore 2.0 open any older scores as untitled, so you will be prompted for for a filename when you go to save. That's how some other programs handle this kind of thing.
