Thanks JoJo (still finding my way around this amazing program).
An ukulele low G instrument is already available for a normal staff, use the instrument window "i" to add it. For a ukulele tab edit the string data for your needs, see:https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tablature#edit-string-data
