All Icons / tiles and the pallette are suddenly tiny!! (Win10)

Hi guys,
when I last opened my Musescore, suddenly all the Icons in the top rows were a whole bunch smaller! There is a pic below, w/ the concerned areas marked in yellow.
Now I have trouble hitting them with my touchpen on my convertible laptop...
Same "shrinking" has happened to the pallette as well. All the Icons there are way smaller, too.
I really need to get them back to the previously seen larger size to work properly, so any help would be much appreciated!!
