Assuming it is posted to musescore.com, you can provide a YouTube url.
When you upload it, select upload score audio. If using Save online from MuseScore and you do not see option it is because you do not have the lame library installed. This is installed with Windows versions starting with version 2.2.1 (Currently the latest version is 2.3.1 with 2.3.2 being tested).
