Cramped Space
I cannot fit all the instruments I want to into a piece. It caps at 14 without being disruptive, and you can't see anything past 16. Is there a way to fit more measures onto a page?

Set page size to A3 (Layout/Page Settings)

US legal paper is more common in the US I believe.
You can indeed increase the page size, but good luck printing unless you have a large format printer. So might be better to rduce the staff size. The setting for the the size of the the staff space is in that same Layout / Page Settings dialog.
