Musescore audio broken in the PC app

I went into musescore today to try and make something, but I noticed very quickly that any score I have saved to my computer on any soundfont is playing 0 audio, except for an uncomfortable clicking sound that hurts my ears. Idk what's causing it or how to fix it

EDIT: It's mysteriously fixed?
